New Locks

We have now updated the locks in the shared two bedroom apartments at Östra Torn. This is an ongoing process that we are trying to push through in several housing areas, partly because it is safer, and quicker to change and replace if the key is lost or breaks. It is also because it generally makes our jobs easier and quicker in many regards.

New Lights

Another thing we are doing at Östra Torn is adding new ceiling lights to the bedrooms. We had received complaints in our last CSAT (Customer Satisfaction evaluation) about it being too dark in the bedrooms, so we are adding a big ceiling light in the bedrooms of all our apartments, in all of the apartments we gain access to. This is just one ongoing project to improve customer satisfaction.
