Moving out steps
Please make sure to do the following when preparing to move out.
1. Empty the apartment
Make sure you empty the accommodation of all personal items. Only leave things behind that were already present. Please leave the accommodation in good condition to assist the cleaning team.
NB: If your contract started before March 2026, you have to carry out the move-out cleaning yourself. Please see here for further instructions: Cleaning
2. Return your keys
Return your keys to us no later than 12:00 (noon) on the day your contract ends to our key chute.
3. Final inspection
The final inspection of the accommodation will be carried out by our inspection team after you have returned your keys and departed from the apartment. You do not need to book the inspection nor be present during the inspection.
