Arrival checklist

Sign the contract

Please make sure you sign your housing contract before your offer expires. It is not enough to just accept the housing offer - the contract needs to be signed as well. If you don't sign the contract before the deadline, you will loose your offer. The contract is signed online via a service called Scrive. Also make sure you can receive e-mails from us, so that you don't miss any important information that we send out ahead of you arrival.

Pay the first invoice

The first rental invoice is raised approximately two weeks before the contract start date. The deadline for paying is usually the day before the contract start date. The invoices arrive approximately the same time every month. The first rent includes a non-refundable one-time cleaning charge.

Decide how you collect your keys

The earliest you can collect your keys is the first working day of the month that the contract starts. Keys can be picked up at our reception during visiting hours.

When you have collected your key and arrived at your accommodation, please log in to your housing account and finish the inspection report.
