Inspection (GR)
The final inspection of the apartment will be carried out by our inspection team after you have returned your keys and departed from the aparmtent.

Since it is not possible for the tenant to be pressent for the final inspeciton we offer the possibility to book a room assessment before your departure.
Room Assessment
A room assessment is a meeting between the tenant and a staff member of LU Accommodation. The staff member offer cleaning instructions as well as tips on how to prepare your room for your departure. The aim of this procedure is to assess the general condition of your room and to point out areas of improvement in preparation for the final room inspection that will take place after your departure. The room assessment is free of charge.
Please send an email to luacc [at] service [dot] lu [dot] se (luacc[at]service[dot]lu[dot]se) if you wish to reserve a time for a room assessment. Room assessments are available on workdays 09.00-15.00.
