Introduction

University Guest House offers short-term accommodation to anyone connected to Lund University.

Location

The Lund University Guest House is located on Tunavägen 39 A in Lund, just a short walk from the Faculty of Engineering, the School of Economics and Management, and all the cutting-edge development companies at Ideon. Services in the area are good, with a grocery store and a fitness center located right next door.

About the Facility

The University Guest House contains 76 rooms on three floors. There are both single and double rooms and every floor offers fully equipped kitchens and a balcony. 

There is no restaurant/cafeteria at University Guest House, as we provide our guests with fully equipped kitchens where guests are welcome to prepare their meals. 

On the second floor of the building, a guest laundry room is available free of charge.

Guests have access to the entrance door with the code and to their floor, kitchen, balcony and laundry room with their key bracelet.

Please note:

  • There are no family rooms at the University Guest House, and we do not have extra beds or crib/child beds either. 
  • There is no luggage storage at the University Guest House, and we do not offer a storage area.
  • Pets are not allowed at the University Guest House.

Internet

Wi-Fi is available in all areas of the hotel at no cost. The guests can find information on how to connect to our free Wi-Fi on the information board by the elevator.

Room cleaning

Room cleaning is done once a week together with changing of towels. The bedding is changed every second week.

The Lund University Guest House reception is located in the Sparta building at Tunavägen 39 A in Lund. The University Guest House and Lund University Shop share the same location.

Book a room

Anyone connected to Lund University can book a room at the University Guest House for up to three months. However, we do not book more than one month before the check-in of the guests.
