Cleaning Costs/Fees

Two different cleaning have been procured by LU Accommodation from November 2020 to handle the cleaning needed in our rooms and apartments. Prices will therefore vary a bit between different areas and rooms and apartments dependent on the prices of the company responsible for that particular accommodation. Below you will find all our cleaning prices listed per housing area.

There are two prices per object: the price per a normal cleaning and the price if there is only minor issues left in the apartment after the departure of the tenant.

Please note that it is the inspector from LU Accommodation who decides whether a room or apartment has been cleaned properly and the prices are not negotiable since they have been decided by public procurement.

The prices above do not cover:

• A room/apartment in need of sanitization. Any room left in a mess will require additional time for the cleaning company and the an additional fee will in such a case be added to your housing account.
• Removal of personal belongings or trash.
• Any damages in the apartment.
• Late key fees
