At Annexet you can access Lund University wireless network. There are two networks to choose between: LU weblogon and Eduroam. You log on using the password you should have received from your Department/Institution. If you have not received such a password please contact your Department/Institution. If you have other problems with your internet connection please contact us: luacc [at] service [dot] lu [dot] se.

Laundry:

There is a washing machine and a tumble drier in each apartment.

Waste disposal:

The garbage room is located on the left side of the building. All housing areas have some sort of waste separation in order to minimize the negative effect on the environment. It is important to sort your waste carefully. You may also read more here: Waste Separation Guidelines

Apartments:

Below you will find more information regarding each available apartment at Annexet.

Tenants who stay over the summer do not pay rent for July, if they have moved in before May.

In addition to the rent, the Tenant must pay a non-refundable one-time cleaning fee, which covers the final cleaning after the end of the lease.

Apartment 1

A two storey apartment. Two bedrooms with two beds in each. Two living rooms and two bathrooms. Dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier included. Access to a garden.

Suitable for: A family or a couple.  

Size of apartment: 105 square metres.

Rent: Approx. SEK 11 800 per month.

Apartment 2

A two storey apartment with one bedroom, a kitchen, living room and a bathroom. Dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier included. Access to a garden. The external hallway is shared with apartment 3 and cleaning of the hallway is a shared responsibility between tenants in apartment 2 and 3.

Suitable for: One person or a couple.

Size of apartment: 65 square metres.

Rent: Approx. SEK 8 500 per month.

Apartment 3

A two storey apartment with one bedroom, a kitchen, living room and a bathroom. Dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier included. Access to a garden.
