Luzernvägen 8

Three bedrooms, one kitchen, one living room and one larger bathroom with shower and one small bathroom.

Suitable for: A family.  

Size of apartment: 87 square metres.

Rent: approx. SEK 14 900 per month.

Tenants who stay over the summer do not pay for July, if they have moved in before May.

In addition to the rent, the Tenant must pay a non-refundable one-time cleaning fee, which covers the final cleaning after the end of the lease.

Suitable for: A couple or small family.

Size of apartment: 74 square metres.
