Extend your contract
If you want to extend your contract with us you need to contract us as soon as possible, if you contact us less than 3 months in advance of your contract end date a contract extension is most likely not possible. Contract extension is not guaranteed even if you contact us more than 3 months in advance.
Contract Extension process:
- Make a new case through the housing portal or send an e-mail to luacc [at] service [dot] lu [dot] se and request a contract extension.
- Ask your host department to send confirmation of your continued position at Lund University to LU Accommodation. This is usually done by attaching the file to your extension request or through e-mail.
- Once we have received the confirmation from your host department and made sure the room is still available, we can proceed to extend your contract.
