Key collection outside of office hours

If you are a tenant and will not be able to pick up your keys during office hours, there is an option to collect the keys outside of office hours in a key collection box.

If you choose to pick up your keys from the key collection boxes you are also required to visit our reception during visiting hours, to collect your area information and to sign documents showing a valid ID card.

Since keys are an item of value, it is considered forgery to sign off on keys under the name of someone else, and due to this it is you and only you who would be allowed to collect the keys from the key collection boxes.

The number of keyboxes are limited and we will supply them on a first come first serve basis. Confirmation of a booked key collection box will be sent when we have the time to process the applications (every few days). The remaining info on how to access the key collection box will come at least one day ahead of your arrival. Note that the key collection boxes are located close to our office, at Tunavägen 20 in Lund.

It is not possible to book a key collection box in August if LU Accommodation have visiting hours later on that day.
