Keys

The keys used by LU Accommodation vary depending on housing area. In some places tenants only have an electronic key that works for all entrances, common areas and laundry facilities, in other places tenants have multiple keys and/or tags to enter certain areas.

Where do I collect my keys?

Keys are collected in person from our reception or at the Arrival Day. More detailed information can be found here:

Lost keys

Lost keys need to be reported immediately, and a spare set will be issued. For more information, see:

Where do my keys go and how do I use them?

Below is a list of the different keys in our different housing areas, and what they are used for. Housing areas with electronic keys also have a separate explanation for how theirs work.

In some housing areas this is the only key you will receive. Where we have electronical locks this key will let you inside everywhere.

All keychains have a key finder plaque attached to it. The key finder does not contain any tracking chip but has a tracking number on it.
