Klostergården Student House consists of two five floor buildings located in the south of Lund. A grocery store and a bus stop to the central parts of Lund is just a stone's throw away. A majority of the rooms are studio flats for one person. A number of rooms have been furnished for two students to share and a few apartments are one bedroom apartments, suitable for couples.

About Klostergården Student House

The layout at this housing area offers private housing in a relatively green area. It is located close to the nature reserve in most southern part of Lund, large football fields, the ice sports hall and swimming centre in Lund.

Rent range (from January 2026):

Studio flat (single room): SEK 6 600 per month (some can be shared as twin rooms).

One bedroom apartment (shared): SEK 10 700 per month (5 350 per person).

Tenants who stay over the summer do not pay for July, if they have moved in before May.

In addition to the rent, the tenant must pay a refundable deposit of SEK 5 000, as well as a non-refundable one-time cleaning charge, which covers the final cleaning after the end of the lease.

One bedroom apartments: 49,3 square metres.
