Cleaning and upkeep
Below you will find information regarding what is expected from you as our tenant in regards to cleaning an upkeep throughout your stay.
During your stay
No regular cleaning service is available in our housing areas. This means that you are responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of your apartment/room throughout your stay. For video instructions of how to take care of your apartment please see the links below:
An inspection will be carried out after your departure during which both the cleanliness in the room/apartment will be checked. The apartment/room should be thoroughly cleaned before your departure. If you fail to clean properly LU Accommodation will charge you or the host department for any additional cleaning. For more information about how to clean when moving out see the following link:

If you wish us to book a cleaning company for you upon your departure, please inform us in the e-mail conversation while booking your inspection. When asking us to book the cleaning for you, you agree to pay the fee for this. An invoice with the cleaning fee will be sent to your e-mail address.
You can engage a cleaning company for regular cleaning or for cleaning out when you leave your apartment. To find a cleaning company in the region, go to Gula sidorna (external link).
