Arrive other days than Arrival day

Many students do not arrive during the Arrival Days and pick up their keys at our reception.

Please note that you are liable to pay rent from the start date of your contract even if you arrive later.

Pick up keys before or after Arrival Day

  • You can pick up your keys at our reception at Tunavägen 20 during visiting hours.
  • Keys will only be handed out to you in person.
  • You pick up the keys at Tunavägen 20.

How to arrive at our reception

  • By Public Transportation
  • By taxi: A taxi within Lund should (daytime) never cost more than SEK 100. We recommend you to always ask for the price before accepting the taxi. Do not let the taxi wait outside our office while you collect your keys. Plenty of information will be given to you by us and the visit will most likely take more than 10 minutes.

Keys will only be handed out as long as you have completed the following steps prior to your arrival:
