Second September Batches published
The 2nd batch of available accommodations were published on 30 August, deadline 1 September to apply, move-in from 4 September.

Vacancies for September and late August published. All students in queue are eligible to apply, response deadlines for August rooms will be very short

Fourth Batch of available Student housing published
Batch 4 of student housing was published today, open until Thursday, 8 August.

Batch #3 of student housing was published today, open until Sunday 21 July.

Second round of housing offers sent
Today and yesterday, approximately 160 housing offers were sent out. Applicants who have received an offer need to respond before Tuesday 9 July.

First Student Housing Offers Sent!
LU Accommodation has now sent out the first 500 or so housing offers. In the beginning of next week we will send out approximately 250 more.

Rental changes from January 2024
Rent will increase due to a change in rental model, however, rental increases due to inflation are postponed until August 2024.

New regulations regarding the possibility for universities to supply housing
A new regulation from the government that takes effect on 1 January 2023 changes how we can supply housing to students.
