Coordinator or an other employee of Lund University

It is only possible for the tenant or an employee at Lund University, for example your LU Coordinator, to pick up the keys. Please note that this is not a task the coordinator must do and it might not be possible for them to help you.

If your coordinator is willing to collect your keys on your behalf, you as the tenant need to inform us via email (luacc [at] service [dot] lu [dot] se) who the coordinator is and when they are collecting their keys. We also need an email from the coordinator to book a time during our visiting hours to collect the key.

You can also pick up your keys from our key collection boxes outside of office hours. Note that we have a limited number of boxes to allocate, so we cannot guarantee that we have a key collection box available for you.

If you want to pick up your keys from the key collection boxes, you need to fill in our form to make a booking request for a key collection box. You are not guaranteed a key collection box until you have received the confirmation of your booking.

You are also required to visit our reception during the next workday's visiting hours, to collect your area information and to sign documents showing a valid ID card.

NB: Since keys are an item of value, it is considered forgery to sign off on keys under the name of someone else, and due to this it is you and only you who would be allowed to collect the keys from the key collection boxes.

If neither of these options work or are available, the only remaining option is to come to our next available visiting hours to collect your key.
