Prices and terms of reservation January 1st 2023-

Terms of reservation:

The host department handles all contact with the guest and is responsible for the guest.

Payments can be made by cash or card by the guest, or through an invoice to the Department.

A reservation can be cancelled up until 7 days before the start date of the booking. The host department will be charged for the booking if a cancellation is made later than 7 days before the start date of the booking.

If a department has made a booking for a group of visitors the reservation can be cancelled up until 14 days before the start date of the booking. The host department will be charged for the booking if a cancellation is made later than 14 days before the start date of the booking.

If the visitor pays:

Single room (VAT. incl): 659 SEK/night

After day 17 the price cap is reached (10537 SEK/month) and the price per night will be reduced to SEK 351 per night.

Double room (VAT.incl):  783SEK/night

 After day 17 the price cap is reached (12526 SEK/month) and the price per night will be reduced to 418 SEK/night.

If the host department pays:

Single room: 588 SEK/night

After day 17 the price cap is reached (SEK 9408 per month) and the price per night will be reduced to SEK 317 per night.

Double room: 699 SEK/night

 After day 17 the price cap is reached (SEK 11184 per month) and the price per night will be reduced to SEK 373 per night.
