Måsvägen

Måsvägen is a new housing area. The buildings at Måsvägen were previously part of the Blekingska student nation, and are being renovated for use by LU Accommodation. Situated in Vildanden, an area with a long history of student accommodation, Måsvägen is equidistant to the city centre and the large supermarkets and the Nova mall at the outskirts of Lund.

About Måsvägen

Måsvägen offers a recently renovated international student environment in a classic student accommodation neighbourhood, next to AF Bostäder's Vildanden student housing area. In close proximity to several parks, as well as a local supermarket and health centre, the area offers good access to the city centre as well as all manner of stores and outlets at the Nova shopping area. 

Total units:

21 corridor rooms with private WC and shower in corridors of 5-8 students. 48 Studio flats with a smaller common area shared between 8 tenants. In addition there are 32 rooms in shared two-bedroom apartments (incl 8 with shared living room), and 12 rooms in shared three-bedroom apartments. The maximum amount of beds/tenants in this housing area is 113.

Tenants who stay over the summer do not pay for July, if they have moved in before May.

Internet is included in the rent. The internet provider is Bahnhof. To have access just plug in your computer to the network socket in your room (cable is not included).

Keys:

A physical key is provided to each individual room, that will also work for the corridor or shared apartment, and each tenant will also receive a code to enter the building.
