Responding to offer Tutorial

Below you can find information on the procedure once you have received an offer.

Receiving/Accepting an offer

Step 1: Receiving a housing offer

When you receive a housing offer, you'll be notified via e-mail. Please note that this is the e-mail registered with LU Accommodation. For programme students this is usually their Lund University e-mail.

This is an example of how the message looks like. The e-mail contains details about the accommodation and the response deadline. Access the offer by clicking on “My Pages.”

Step 2: Responding to the housing offer

Select “Offers” in the right hand side menu. You can choose to “Accept” or “Decline” the offer. Click on the address to view sample photos of the room type at that housing area.

Please note! If you decline an offer, you will be removed from the application and you will not receive another offer during this application. You will also lose any priority or housing guarantee that you have.
