Approx. SEK 5 900 - 15 400 per month.

In addition to the rent, the Tenant must pay a non-refundable one-time cleaning fee, which covers the final cleaning after the end of the lease.

Tenants who stay over the summer do not pay for July, if they have moved in before May.

Distance to the centre of Lund

0 metres. This housing area is located a stone's throw from the Cathedral and the park Lundagård.

Internet

Internet is included in the rent. The connection is wireless and the password can be found on the back of the router. The internet provider is ComHem. If the connection is slow try and connect with an ethernet. If you experience any problems please contact their support at # 90 444. Let them know you are a renting the apartment from Lund University/LU Accommodation.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartments and within the buildings.

Laundry

The laundry room is found in the basement of entrance A. You are obliged to follow the rules of the laundry facility. Only one session should be booked at a time.

Waste disposal

The waste disposal room is located at the back of your building and you enter by using the code provided to you in the information sheet in your folder. It is important that you sort your waste carefully and place it in the right bins. Put waste inside the bins, not on the ground. If you are in doubt, please read the Waste Separation Guidelines.

Here you can see the location of the garbage room, as well as the bike parking and the laundry facilites.

• Take good care of the apartment, and make sure to wipe away any excess water by the sinks etc.
• Do not park baby strollers in the stairwells.
• Do not leave windows open while away from the apartment.
• Do not remove the fire alarm installed on the ceiling.
• Do not park in the courtyard.
• Leave the apartment in good condition upon moving out.
