Before submitting a request of maintenance please see if you can fix the problem yourself!
In order to gain help with your problem you will need to log in to the fault report system.
If you are new user or have forgotten your password for the fault report system then you will need to use the e-mail address that were registered by us during the booking process for logging in. Then press submit.
Please follow this link in order to either make a new fault report or to check on the status of a fault which you have reported earlier.
