Our contractor, Lundaböcker, has now begun attaching a note to every bike. Lundaböcker has all necessary approval and follows the routines as required by the Swedish Police during this type of procedure.

You will have two weeks from the 16th of June to remove that note otherwise the bike will be taken into the custody of Lundaböcker. If you are away, ask a friend or neighbour to remove the note.

If you have not removed the note from your bike and the bike is taken by Lundaböcker and you wish to get it back then you will have to contact luacc [at] service [dot] lu [dot] se (luacc[at]service[dot]lu[dot]se) and provide a full description your bike or preferably a picture so we can identify it within 3 months of today's date.

If we have the bike and it matches the description given then it can be collected at LU Accommodation’s reception at Tunavägen 20, during our specified visiting hours and only if the collection time has been pre-scheduled with LU Accommodation.
